Art & Writing Commissions
NOTE: Commissions are primarily taken through VGEN. For those who wish to use KO-FI or GCASH modes of payments instead, please note the following:

Terms and Conditions
Please be sure to read everything here before proceeding with the forms at the end of this page! Note that by commissioning me, you will have accepted and agreed to my conditions. Failure to comply to my terms will result in you being blacklisted.
Terms of Service

I have every right to decline any commission that I think I'll be unable to do justice, or am uncomfortable with doing.

Please remember to give me adequate visual references (full-body will be needed for full-body commissions). These can be full character design references, outfit references, pose references, etc.
Commissions based on only description may be accepted depending on the request, but will be charged extra.

The estimated turnaround time can vary depending on the level of request; for example, MIDNIGHT Tier 3 can take up to 4 months, while SUNSET can range between 2-4 weeks. Generally, you will be informed if there are any setbacks or if I need to take longer.

You are free to ask me if I am able to meet a certain deadline, but unless said deadline is discussed and agreed upon before I accept the commission, then please note that it is not guaranteed.

The initial draft sketch along with base colors will be sent to you through your preferred mode of communication. At this stage, I will accept up to 3 revisions only. More than 3 will incur additional charges.
Please be sure of your revisions, as I will not be changing anything once I am past the drafting stage. -
Please reply to me within a 60-hour period (2 and a half days)! Otherwise, I will continue the piece without your input, and consider there being no revisions.

Final pieces with and without watermarks will be sent to you in HD through email (either a drive link or attached file), in PNG format.

All SUNRISE and SUNSET (except Chibi Head) commissions automatically come with a free simple background, i.e. plain color, patterned, gradiented, etc. Detailed backgrounds fall under the MIDNIGHT category.

Certain details will require additional fees (refer to the terms of payment).

I WILL NOT DRAW: design commissions, emotes, mecha, gore, nsfw, furries, old people

MY STYLE DOES NOT INCLUDE REALISM.

My SKEB-STYLE commissions follow the same terms of service, only that this type of commission does not include WIP updates and revisions. This type of commission will only allow revisions at the end to fix any mistakes, and then you will be provided the final product. I am largely in charge of creative decisions, and I have complete artistic freedom based on the information you give me. Please provide all details necessary upfront.
Terms of Use

The commissioned artwork is non-commercial by default, which means it is to be for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This means you will not be earning money from it.

If any commissioned artwork will be for commercial use, this must be specified in the form/discussion with the client. In commercial use cases, prices will always be 2X the total quote.

COMMERCIAL ARTWORK may include (but are not limited to): album art, book illustrations/covers, sprites for games or streams, any vtuber/PNGtuber art to be shown on stream, print merch, or any other options where you directly earn profit.

NON-COMMERCIAL art includes: icons/profile pictures, headers, cg-esque art, lockscreens, wallpapers, etc. to be used for personal use (NOT shown in streams, and you do NOT earn profit).

Use for lockscreens or wallpapers, and printing for personal use is allowed.

For non-commercial art, you may repost or use the commissioned artwork as header or profile picture, but please do so with proper credit to me, such as linking/mentioning me on social media, and/or linking my wixsite.

For commercial art, credit may be mentioned/linked once initially, during every stream, or be permanently mentioned/linked in your bio/product description/etc. The choice is up to you on how often credit to me will be mentioned, but this must be done at least once the first time it is shown.

I reserve the right to use and repost all art for sample/portfolio purposes.

You may NOT trace, claim, or make any alterations to the artwork whatsoever.

Absolutely DO NOT use the commissioned artwork as ANY form of cryptocurrency, NFT, or basis for AI art, or upload the artwork on websites such as MIMIC.

Please do NOT send me any payment until I have confirmed your request.

After confirmation, your commission will start only after receiving full payment.

After payment, please understand that no cancellations and no refunds will be given, unless for some reason, I am unable to go through with and finish the commission myself.

Payment should be made no later than 14 days after confirmation of your request. Any later than this, and the commission order will be considered as cancelled, unless we have discussed beforehand.

Commercial art is 2x the price.

This is the base price charge for details (i.e. accessories, props, clothing details) that I am not as comfortable with drawing, or that I know will make the piece take longer to complete. These type of requests may be accepted with the indicated fee, or rejected entirely.

As a standard, each client gets 3 free revisions. More than 3 revisions costs the indicated price per revision.
Description-Only
USD 10 | PHP 557
These are commission requests based off of only description; in other words, no visual references are given. These type of requests may be accepted with the indicated fee, or rejected entirely.

This is for added characters into one canvas. For all of my SUNRISE commissions, there is a maximum limit of 3 characters per canvas. For my MIDNIGHT commissions, there is a maximum limit of 2 characters per canvas.
