Please be sure to read everything here before proceeding with the forms at the end of this page! Note that by commissioning me, you will have accepted and agreed to my conditions. Failure to comply to my terms will result in you being blacklisted.
Terms of Service
I have every right to decline any commission that I think I'll be unable to do justice, or am uncomfortable with doing.
Please remember to give me adequate visual references (full-body will be needed for full-body commissions)! These can be full character design references, ootd references, pose references, or etc.
Commissions based on only description may be accepted depending on the request, but will be charged extra.
The estimated turnaround time will range from 2-17 weeks, you will be informed if there are any setbacks or if I need to take longer.
The initial draft sketch along with base colors will be sent through your social media. At this stage, I will accept up to 3 revisions only.
More than 3 revisions will incur additional charges.
Please be sure of your revisions, as I will not be changing anything once I am past the drafting stage.
Please reply to me within a 60-hour period (2 and a half days)! Otherwise, I will continue the piece without your input, and consider there being no revisions.
Similarly, I will wait up to 60 hours after the initial confirmation before continuing, for any possible last-minute revisions.
Final pieces with and without watermarks will be sent to you in HD through email (either a drive link or attached file), in PNG format.
All SUNRISE and SUNSET commissions automatically come with a free simple background, i.e. plain color, patterned, gradiented, etc. Detailed backgrounds fall under the MIDNIGHT category.
Certain details will require additional fees.
I WILL DRAW: you, personas, ocs (original characters), fanart (fictional/kpop), kemonomimis, png sprites (for games, vtubers/PNGtubers), icons, cg-esque art, ship art, friendship art
I WILL NOT DRAW: design commissions, emotes, mecha, gore, nsfw, furries, old people

Terms of Use
The commissioned artwork is non-commercial, to be for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This means you will not be earning money from it.
If any commissioned artwork will be for commercial use, prices will always be 2X the total quote.
COMMERCIAL ARTWORK may include (but are not limited to): album art, book illustrations/covers, sprites for games or streams, any vtuber/PNGtuber art to be shown on stream, print merch, or any other options where you directly earn profit.
NON-COMMERCIAL art includes: icons/profile pictures, headers, cg-esque art, lockscreens, wallpapers, etc. to be used for personal use (NOT shown in streams, and you do NOT earn profit).
Use for lockscreens or wallpapers, and printing for personal use is allowed.
For non-commercial art, you may repost or use the commissioned artwork as header or profile picture, but please do so with proper credit to me, such as linking/mentioning me on social media, and/or linking this wixsite.
For commercial art, credit may be mentioned/linked once initially, during every stream, or be permanently mentioned/linked in your bio/product description/etc. The choice is up to you on how often credit to me will be mentioned.
I reserve the right to use and repost all art for sample/portfolio purposes.
You may not trace, claim, or make any alterations to the artwork whatsoever.
Absolutely DO NOT use the commissioned artwork as ANY form of cryptocurrency, NFT, or basis for AI art, or upload the artwork on websites such as MIMIC.
Terms of Payment
REMINDER: this TOS page is for those who wish to use KO-FI or GCASH as their mode of payments. Otherwise, please commission me through VGEN as linked above!
All payments will be made either through Ko-Fi or GCash.
Please send me a screenshot of your proof of payment.
Do not send me any payment until I have confirmed your request.
After confirmation, your commission will start only after receiving full payment.
After this, please understand that no cancellations and no refunds will be given, unless for some reason, I am unable to go through with and finish the commission myself.
Payment should be made no later than 14 days after confirmation of your request and payment method. Any later than this, and the commission order will be considered as cancelled. (Unless we have discussed beforehand!)
NOTE that the base currency is USD, meaning that the indicated price values for PHP have been
rounded up.
I am using the currency exchange rate of USD 1 = PHP 55.68, as of January 01, 2023.
(Clients paying through VGEN will be able to pay in whichever currency they wish!)
